The Mid Atlantic Innkeepers Conference is a regional conference for all innkeepers in the Mid Atlantic Region including the states of PA, VA, MD, WV, NJ, NY, DE, DC, OH. Innkeeper's from other states are also welcomed to attend. Businesses that provide a product or service to the innkeeping industry are eligible to attend where you will have the opportunity to network with innkeepers and showcase your services.
A number of sponsorship/exhibitor levels are available on a first come first serve basis. The benefits received are listed for each level.

Businesses will be expected to pay a 50% deposit, with the final balance due by June 30, 2024. For businesses that sign up to participate in the Tradeshow Marketplace after June 30, 2024, the full amount of the sponsorship is due within 15 days from the date you confirm your participation. Failure to remit the final payment by June 30 or within 15 days, will result in no refund (if a deposit is paid) and potential loss of your space on the Trade Show Marketplace.
In order to ensure a variety of business services for innkeepers within the Tradeshow Marketplace, vendors will be limited by the type of business service they offer.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of sponsorship/exhibitor space prior to July 1, 2024, a refund of 50% of the cost will be granted. Cancellation after July 1, 2024, no refund will be granted.
