Q. What is included in my conference registration?
A. The registration includes full access to educational sessions, tradeshow marketplace, meals, and refreshments.
Q. What is the dress code?
A. General attire is business casual.
Q. Can I cancel my Conference registration?
A. If you need to cancel your conference registration, registration fees are refundable, less a $25 administrative fee if canceled by February 19, 2026. After February 19, no refunds will be issued. If you need to cancel your conference registration after the cancellation date of February 19, substitutions are allowed by calling Heidi Howard, Director of Events & Engagement at 717-963-8365 or Samantha Brandt, Events & Engagement Manager at 717-963-8372.
Q. Can I cancel my Aspiring Innkeeper registration?
If you need to cancel your Aspiring Innkeeper Seminar registration, registration fees are refundable, less a $25 administrative fee if canceled by February 28, 2026. After February 28, 2026, no refunds will be issued. If you need to cancel your Aspiring Innkeeper Seminar registration after the cancellation date of February 28, substitutions are allowed by calling Heidi Howard, Director of Events & Engagement at 717-963-8365 or Samantha Brandt, Events & Engagement Manager at 717-963-8372.
Q. Can a vendor register as an attendee?
A. If you are a company that provides products or services to the bed and breakfast industry, you must register as a sponsor or exhibitor. Vendor companies cannot register as an attendee.
Q. Who is the PA Restaurant & Lodging Association (PRLA)?
A. PRLA champions all facets of the Commonwealth of PA's hospitality and tourism industries. Their mission is to promote, protect, educate and improve these industries. PRLA was founded in 1937 and has grown into one of the largest state hospitality and tourism associations in the nation. Effective August 1, 2025, the PA Association of Bed & Breakfast Inns (PABBI) joined forces with PRLA. A new PABBI (PA Bed & Breakfast Inns) Council has been created within PRLA made up of the current PABBI Board of Directors and supported by Zak Pyzik, PRLA's Senior Director of Public Affairs. This strategic partnership will bring the bed and breakfast community new resources, expanded advocacy, and pronounced visibility - creating powerful new opportunities for growth, support and success. PRLA and the PABBI Council will continue to develop and implement the Mid Atlantic Innkeepers Conference® on an annual basis.
