Anna is the Vice President of Research and works with clients, partners, and industry leaders to effectively translate market research into actionable recommendations that fuel marketing and management strategies. With over 15 years' experience in market research, Anna both manages client relationships and serves as the internal liaison with the Longwoods Production team on quantitative research, primarily focusing on visitation, resident sentiment, return on investment, and image/brand assessment studies.

Greg is the Executive Director of Tourism Diversity Matters and is a Qualified Tourism/Hospitality & Academic Professional Certified Hospitality Educator. Greg is proficient in developing and implementing plans, strategies, and initiatives specifically designed to raise destinations image for diverse, multicultural travel. Greg is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with an A.S. Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, and a B.S. Degree in Hospitality Management.

A Conversation on Innovative Revenue Management Strategies for B&B Entrepreneurs

Dr. Milwood is a 2011 Fulbright scholar and graduate of Temple University's School of Tourism & Hospitality Management. She received her BS (Hotel Management) and Executive MBA (General Management) degrees from the University of the West Indies. At Penn State Berks, she teaches hospitality-centered courses in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Operations Management, Strategic Management, and multi-level course in Food Production and Service Management. Dr. Milwood serves on Penn State Berks Diversity Committee and is a member of the Travel and Tourism Research Association (TTRA).

Wynn has over 50 years experience in hospitality management, payment processing, and cybersecurity. He's the founder and Principal of Casablanca Payments, a division of the New York-based company Casablanca Ventures LLC. Its mission is to rescue lodging professionals from fast-talking processor salespeople claiming to offer savings but leaving them with hidden costs, confusing fees, and poor service.
